There is extraordinary beauty in our power to heal, mark new beginnings, and lead.

Leading in the
Age of Human Reflection

A new age is unfolding — not driven by speed or machines, but by depth, meaning, and discernment.

In the Age of Human Reflection, leadership is not defined by titles or authority, but by self-awareness, wisdom, and wholeness.

These leaders pause before they act. They listen before they speak. They guide not through command, but through presence and communion.

We are all called to lead: to reflect deeply, to live aligned, and to inspire courage, connection, and compassion in a world longing for meaning.

Creating a Spiritual Leadership Movement

Blessed to Be Broken is a whole-person spiritual leadership movement that turns life’s challenges into formation: guiding people to lead with awareness, integrity, empathy, courage, and creating a safe community so their inner healing becomes outward service in the Era of Human Reflection.

Our Vision

We gather voices that dare to feel, stories that remind us who we are, and lives that rise whole.

Turning self-discovery into leadership, and connection into movement so that our most powerful self can emerge.

When attitude turns to gratitude, purpose returns. Like Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing what is broken with gold so the new piece is more beautiful than the original. Love becomes the light that heals and makes us whole again.

Meet Andrea Claudette Clark, Our Founder

Andrea Clark, a Detroit-area native and longtime communications leader, has spent three decades helping organizations, including General Motors, find the right words, the right strategy, and the right heart.

She then founded her own company, Andrea Clark & Associates, a strategic communications and marketing firm, dedicated to the fields of education and health care with a stewardship of young adults and people facing adversity and struggle. Her research in this arena profoundly affected her own life as she chose to live forward, building a life rooted in resilience, clarity and a quiet, durable joy.

What I’ve lived has taught me this: strength can be tender, purpose can be practiced, and hope—when shared—multiplies.”
— Andrea Clark
